Attack of the Mealworms

I tossed some carrots in the mealworm container and happened to look in 10 minutes later. Every carrot piece looks like this.

THe best is when you don't give em any moisture for a few days (mine don't get moisture all the time, helps prevent mites) and you chuck in a little piece, somehow they all find it

Mealworms love carrots......that is what I used to use as moisture when I raised them. Was convenient & easy & very nutritious......plus when I needed some mealies, I just lifted the carrot & harvested them from the carrot.

before i use wet cotton balls to give moisture to my mealworms. now i use carrots and the just love them!!!!
