Assassin bugs and heating

So I was looking around to see if white spotted assassin bugs needed extra heat or if they are fine at room temperature. It’s seems that they are likely going to need extra heat, as they like it in the low 80’s. but seeing as there is differing info I was wondering what you guys do.

It’s not needed.

I keep mine at room temperature with no added heat, and they do just fine.
