i got this assasin bug from laguna, it is commonly infesting cats and dogs house, they are black and looks like boxelder bugs, but they have a tube like mouthpart, they suck blood and very itchy, i got 5 in captivity and try to feed caterpillars but refuse it, i tried all bugs but none is eaten.

i tried pinky mouse and BOOM, neck stab and abdominal punctures.

very gross, and then the mouse turn into skiny mouse.

the 5 bugs where captured 3 days before i came,

it was found in my friends house when they transfer there in laguna.

need ID please...

tnx:worship:

Sounds like bloodsucking conenoses, Triatoma sp., and they are capable of spreading the Chagas disease. Also known as the Kissing Bug, they feed near the mouth and eyes during sleep. They defecate near the feeding site (this has the disease) and it can be wiped or scratched into the wound/eyes/mouth by the victim while sleeping.

I would be very careful of keeping these, as most species do have this disease and will feed off of humans. They will fly if hungry enough. In fact, I would not keep these at all. If one gets loose in your house, it will feed on you or any animals you have while sleeping.

If they were found in your friend's house, he/she needs to seal the house better and get an exterminator! They should also see a doctor if they are, in fact, Kissing Bugs.

They have six colored stripes on each side of the abdomen, which is a key characteristic.

Omg!

thats it!

ohhhhh "what the bug!" it really sucks blood!

i saw some bugs about 20+ infesting dogs and cats house, they can easily killed but they are plenty and the house is quite big. 3 floors all concrete. their neighbors also have these bugs and kill them by insecticide but they can run fast. they dont fly( i didnt saw them fly) they also hide under chairs tables etc. made of wood.

ive terminated them and also called my friends to kill them all!!!

but man,

they really rock!

awsome while feeding on the pinky.

since they spread disease they should be killed.

if ya want some PM me and ill send some to you... THEY ARE FOR SALE!!!

If hungry enough, they will fly to seek food. Sounds like they have a good food supply!

Some animals might be harboring the disease, especially with a decent size infestation. For sale??! Very cool bugs, but I don't consider them pet material haha.

Thanks for the welcome!

sorry wrong grammar,

what i mean is that my friends house is 3 floors and all concrete, in the 1st floor is the pet house, he got 5 dogs 7 cats, but really, they infest other houses too, good thing in my neighboors house they are only found on 1st floor. not on sleeping areas (2nd and 3rd floor).

tnx again...
