I spent some time this weekend relocating as many of these from a soon to be paved over patch of woods next to the interstate nearby.
I let the go in our condo courtyard and nearby lake edge.

After all these years I am still mazed by their great disposition, amazing colors, and complex webs.
what a sexy spider.
ignore the incorrect timestamps:p

I've relocated some of these just to have them around the house.

You're right, such a gorgeous spider! Great job on the relocation. Save anything and everything you can... especially spiders. :)

We do it here also and have many here and around the yard to include trifasciata and the shamrock spider.
