Are they eggs?

Howdy. My cobweb spider has 2.5 eggs sacs and there are these tiny white balls all around the cage are they eggs? I posted a pic of the sacs yesterday but I’ll post it again in this one so you don’t have to look back. All the little white balls are lower than the egg sacs. They aren’t hatched spiders they don’t move at all. There are probably 20 balls throughout the cage. Many in her webs and many on the ground. Can they fall out the sac? If they are eggs the fact they are out of the sac means they probably won’t hatch right?
