Are these mites ???

I was viewing my asian forest scorpions enclosure and discovered these little white things. What are they ? Are they harmful to my scorpion?

Pretty sure I saw one go pinging off at the beggining of the video. Looks like springtails to me.

Yup they do that occasionally

Springtails. Not mites. If you dislike them, change substrate, but they're just a the "clean-up" crew and require moist substrate to thrive in. They aren't harmful for your scorp generally.

I have some springtails with my scorp, they don't bother her and just clean up any bits of feeder insects that my girl doesn't eat. Helps keep those bits from molding in a damp enclosure like that
