Budgets frogs my little sister wants a frog but she wants and under water frog because she wants a pet to look at. and i was wondering if they can be lightly handled during tank cleaning?

i dunno if they are legal. but there are tons of frogs and toads you can keep just to look at.

what about dart frogs once they see the colors they will fall in love

Maybe a leopard frog would be good. They're not totally aquatic but are great swimmers if you have a set up with half water.
They're cheap too

imo, dart frogs die if you look at them wrong, especially for a newbi.

Any amphib is not good because of the holding factor.

ya no took my lil sis to walmart today and she got that grow a frog thing it comes with a coupon to get a leopard frog tadpole in the mail. but we are going to payson tomorrow and tadpole season was in may so by now there shoud be froglets and if we find some we will get one or two if not fire bellied toads are her only option.
