I'm not sure if they are still publishing it or not. Maybe someone who knows will chime in. If not its better than nothing I guess. I think some of the tarantula societies may publish periodicals although you may have to become a member.

there is a french journal called l'arachnologiste. i never read it but if you understand french, you can buy it from internet. by the way skiplan is really great, if you can find it it's worth the price.
