Are there any known tarantulas, native to Russia?

Russia has a generally cooler climate and often harsh winters that don't support large spiders like tarantulas. with a little research I only found a wolf spider, Lycosa singoriensis sometimes is referred to as a tarantula but it is a true spider, up to 4.5cm (1.75") is probably the biggest spider native to southern parts of Russia. Looking at a bunch of pics, they are kind of cute, in a scary way haha. most seem to be gray and white spotted

If by tarantulas you mean individuals from Theraphosidae family, than the answer is no. Nobody ever found a Theraphosidae endemic to Russia so far. Lol.

I have never heard of it. Cyprus, Turky and parts of Balkan and possibly Spain are the only places in Europe i have heard that tarantulas exists in
