Hi ya every one I have read your post and would love your opinions on this subject!!
I have been milling this idea around for a while now… Just don’t know enough about them.
Roaches as Feeder? “I will list my questions :? ”

1. Are they worth the effort to keeping them?
2. What is there calcium level compared to crickets?
3. How do Roach compare to crickets?
• In behavior?
• Speed?
• Enclosure to keep them in?
• Food they eat?
4. What is the easiest to keep roach as a feeder?
5. Are they readily eating by T’s and reptiles?
6. What’s the best enclosure to use?
7. Can they climb out of the glass? Tupperware? Walls?
8. What kind would not infest my house?
9. What is a slow species?
10. Best place to buy them from? :D
11. Any thing else I need to know about keeping roaches before I dive into this LOL?

I currently feed crickets and wax worms to my T’s and Reptiles
I own many cute little bug eaters like T’s, Chameleons, and bearded dragons. I have lots of experience in keeping crickets..

Let me know what ya’ll have to say I am counting on you and if the suck to keep please let me know  It would save me a lot of trouble, But is they are like a golden gods of nutrition then let me know. Thank you my heros!!!

1.) yes
2.) like crickets it depends on what you feed them.
3.)I would rather cut of my right arm them go back to crickets, let me make this clear, i would give away all of my 300 tarantulas if i had to do crickets again.
4.)Plastic container and dog food.
5.)Mostly, there may be a few moments of confusion with some reptiles, they get over it.
6.)Rubber maid tote.
7.)Depends on species, if you want them to climb then get the climbers, if you do not then get the ones that can not.
8.)Any sold a blaberus.com or any of the fine dealers on this board will not infest your house.
9.) www.blaberus.com
10) B. dubia is the best feeder, but take alook at www.blaberus.com and read the descriptions, the search function works well here.

Depends on your feeders. 100-200 of anything and give them time and you will take care of most of yours needs. I started out in lobsters and with 200 had enough to feed 300 tarantulas in 3 months.
