Are Hyllus really THAT big?

I heard they're definitely, without contest, larger than say P. Regius (regal jumpers) but I've watched quite a few videos of P. Regius and quite a few videos of Hyllus Diardi and Hyllus Giganteus

And then I watch a video of a Regius like this:

And that female is HUGE and I'm like, wait a minute, you sure they're bigger because that looks like a big o' female and I don't recall seeing a Hyllus that was bigger than that.
I DID see male Hyllus that were large but it seems a lot of the size was due to their long and outstretched legs.

The Hyllus seems either about the same size and maybe just a teeny tiny bit bigger....ESPECIALLY the females. Them long legged males in the Hyllus though lol.

Am I wrong or right because when I'm thinking "hey, I really want the largest jumper out there", I would definitely want one that is significantly larger than a regal...like 1/3rd bigger. Like for example, you would look at a regal like the one in that video and think WOW, that's big. And then you would look at a Hyllus and think "HOLY wow that's so much larger, def without a doubt bigger. But so far I'm not all that blown away by the size difference. Sometimes it feels like the hyllus is smaller than the regal.
Any direct picture comparison between the two?

Hyllus have a far wider DLS than Phiddipus regius. That particular individual regius happens to be particularly large and have a very large abdomen (likely gravid).

Of course as individual specimens there can be major differences between size but on average Diardi is larger.

Any videos to show that? And for those of you that have the two, a side by side comparison (photoshopped near each other or divided by glass etc)

Because, like I mentioned, I've seen videos of both and didn't really notice much of a difference.

Would love to see the difference between a large size regal and a large size hyllus to compare right next to each other.

Especially the females.

There isn't a big difference between Hyllus compared to a Phidippus regius. Not like say a Brachypelma hamorii and Theraphosa blondi.

The MASSIVE difference between the 2 of them though is jumping. Hyllus can and do jump large distances compared to Phidippus.

That's what I'm getting as well.

Though I do hear that the Giganteus sub adults are as big as the adult Diardi....but then again I also hear that for quite awhile, there was a mix between the two and quite often Diardi was sold as Giganteus and vice versa.

I also heard that you've only kept Diardi.

Would love to see a comparison between Hyllus Giganteus and P . Regius
