Are Chilobrachys jonitriantisvansicklei and Chilobrachys sp. tropical blue the same species??

I heard that Chilobrachys jonitriantisvansicklei and Chilobrachys sp.tropical blue are the same species on the internet , but l'm not sure if it's true.
does anyone know the fact?

No idea how you came to this guess, but Chilobrachys jonitriantisvansicklei is described only for Sri Lanka and sp. TROPICAL BLUE was found in Thailand.
Thatswhy without any further comparison of the characteristics, I say no.
