Approx. size when Phormictopus sp. lose the blue sling coloration?

Was wondering approximately what size do Phormictopus usually lose the blue sling coloration. Thanks in advance

this one is 2"....its faded pre molt, but you can still see that blue.

I expect it will be gone in 2 molts, possibly with the next.

I have some juvies that size, hopefully within the next molt it’ll change. Do they get their adult coloration then or is it a while till they get the ‘bronze’ or whatever color look (depending on the species)?

usually fades like the one i pictured above, then one molt, bam, bronzy

Question, did you receive your SH blue as a sling? Was wondering if they go through a ‘dull’ phase or do they just retain the blue coloration as they grow?
