I am planning on getting an adult female Aphonopelma Chalcodes from micro wilderness. There are options under it for certain locales and I wanted to know what each of them looked like. Google doesn’t have any pictures of specific locales, so I thought I would ask here to see if any one had any pictures or information. The locales available are the Payson Blonde, New River Rust Rump, Flagstaff Orange, and the Yuma Dusty Blonde.

I googled "Flagstaff Orange" Tarantula on the Web ...
A Fine Look'n A. Chalcodes "Arizona Auburn" image popped up ...
Why not ask Micro Wilderness to send you pics?

From what I've seen in the past, Aphonopelma chalcodes localities are very similar looking from each other.

They can look a bit different because the specimens used in photos are in different stages in their molt cycles. But when they are all freshly molted, they're mostly; if not all look identical. This is just based on my experience and what I've seen personally though.

Look at Arachnoboards media -> tarantulas -> genus -> species gallery to see people’s pictures of the different A Chalcodes

I am kind of jealous. This tarantula is not available here at the moment. I guess it is because it is so available in the USA or something like that.

I do not need new and fresh. I like hardy and established. Nothing survives the winters here except new invasive species.

I wish my issue was which color form to chose from.
