Looks to be an Argiope of some kind.

Anytime, I have an eggsac of Argiope aurantia at the moment that I'm waiting to hatch and typically keep at least a few of that species every year (they love verticle 10 gallon tanks stood on end with a couple of bits of wood or cardboard at either side to attach a web to). Glad I was of assistance.
