It varies greatly depending on the environmental conditions -- higher temperature and humidity = faster hatching --, but usually about a month +/- 2 weeks.
Some people separate out the oothecae and keep them in warm, moist bins until they hatch. I don't usually care that much, because my colony is big enough.
I expect to lose some to cannibalism and desiccation (again, because I don't care enough to create more optimal conditions; I get too many anyway).
Coming from stinky, short-lived crickets; and slower-breeding, burrowing, death-feigning dubias: these suckers are great! Good luck!
