anyone have Damon variegatus?

Kinda want one to add to my collection whats your guys experience with them? I own a bunch of t's, scorpion, roaches, millipedes, snakes, saltwater nano reef tank, and freshwater fish tank. Got plenty of experience with a bunch of things so care and maintenance isnt a huge concern, just curious about peoples personal experience

First, you'll never get Damon variegatus but you can find Damon diadema pretty regularly from vendors. They molt differently from every invert you list.

Why can't we find variegatus? Aren they bred here in the US? I'm pretty sure I've seen some for sale...

Because the ones imported are not that species. Most people wouldn't want variegatus if they could get them, they're smaller and have short palps.

I guess its miss labeled from the vendor and their image but *Damon diadema is what I want. Struggling to find, but you say they molt differently than inverts I have?

They hang like a mantis or grasshopper.
