I have an 8x8x12" tank set up with nothing in it. Thinking maybe a mantis or a small t, but any good micro geckos?

Never had one but this species can be housed in that: https://www.joshsfrogs.com/catalog/...natodes-albogularis-fuscus-care-and-breeding/
As always, make sure to check many other sources if you plan on purchasing one. I don’t have any personal experience but maybe I’ll get one myself, as space and enclosure cost was a major thing preventing me from getting a gecko.

Check out the Supreme Gecko youtube channel. The vids aren't flashy, but that guy knows his micro geckos. You could certainly fit some geckos in an enclosure that size.

I dont like keeping micro geckos (I have mourning geckos) in anything smaller than a 12x12x18 tall because they are VERY active. I only used a 8x8x12 as a grow out type enclosure. They may be small and ik some are an inch or shorter long but they’re very active.
