any idea?

these little guys are all over my backyard, i'm trying to get an id on them.
i live in arizona about 20 miles from phoenix, i've been looking on the tuscon herpetological societys website http://www.arts.arizona.edu/herp/circanim.html and i found a few toad sp. that look like they could be matches but i don't know anything about toads!

They are spade foot toads, they burrow during the dry season and have probably come up because it is starting to rain.....they actually make ok pets....

yeah my boyfriend said he used to keep one but he didn't know what kind they were. they're cute little guys!
