Its white balls that is all through the substrate, I just noticed the boom of it in the past week. Never seen it before until now. Is it any concern? Thanks in advance.

damp organic matter can support the growth of mold, which is a type of fungus, i am nether an expert on the matter nor do i care to do research for you (i am sure you knew as much already) but it won't kill your isopods, just a reminder that you could freshen up your substrate some time in the future, no need to panic or anything. spot-cleaning works as well.
