Over on Kangaroo Island, we have heaps of introduced Portugese millipedes. There are so damn many of them, especially after rain. They are real pests. There's an ant nest not too far away which the millipedes venture into without any thought of the consequences. On one particular day, I saw the ants grab hold of the millipedes, carry them out of the nest and then dump them some distance away. I managed to get some footage of one of these ants who was having some difficulty transporting a millipede.
