I just caught 3 antlions at work today. They are in cups and I have no clue how to take care of them.... Does anyone know anything about these creatures?

just put them in a bunch of sand (or sugar), wait for them to dig a pit, then drop ants/termites/etc in there.

I used to toy with the ants at my parents house buy collecting them and feeding them to the antlions.

...so how many times a week should I feed them? and do they turn into anything with wings? I thought I heard that somewhere?

no idea how often you -should- feed them... i've been feeding mine 1-2 weeks apart.

they do turn into winged adults, you can google more detailed info.

In my personal experience, don't use sugar. It hardens and it's just ew. The more you feed them the faster they'll grow and they're pretty much worthless as adults.

Yeah, I was planning on letting them go when they become adults.
