Anthia Sexmaculata overbreeding?

I recently purchased a couple of Egyptian predatory beetles and iniitally they sized eachother up and then decided they would put up with eachother. However, now they seem to be getting on REALLY well, the male seems to always be breeding with the female, with maybe an hour or two's respite for the female. Is this bad for the female? Is there such a thing as over breeding and will it lead to beetle death?

Once she's gravid she will reject the male, so things should settle down after a point. It may shorten the male's lifespan a bit, but it's hard to say.

Okay phew thanks for letting me know that, at least the male wont kill her, he seems quite relentless. When she is gravid, where might she prefer to lay her eggs, they are on sand substrate right now, should I put a dish wish coco/earth in there for her to lay eggs in? Then I could remove them from their enclosure and look after them?
