Ant cage

super easy ant cage Idea

seeing how the last few threads been about ants, I decided to make a plan for a ant cage. Im gonna explain it with mspaint.

I used a 2L bottle of coke, a slim jim can, some cardboard, hot glue gun, some saramwrap, and a rubberband.

I cut the top part of the coke bottle off.

so it looks like this(bad ms paint)


then cut the card board into a whole that fit the soda bottle


so now it looks like this


then I got my slim jim can and hot glued it to the cardboard.

and then fill it with playsand.


and for the cover im gonna use plastic wrap and a ruber band


I was aiming for cheap and easy. stuff you can get very easy or just ordinary trash. you can replace the slimjim can with a tossieroll can or a tennis ball roll.

does anybody got suggesions or ideas?

Good Idea, I've used similar designs before, but cheap and effective yes. Good job.
