Hi! My roomate has two toads, and the smaller of the two isn't eating. The crickets hop right in front of its nose and it won't even blink or nab them. And this toad has alot lost alot of weight. Any advice would be nice. The other toad looks fine, so we're wondering whats wrong with 'his?' companion.

Quick responses please! Thank you!

Oops, wrong forum. Can this be moved to the 'Vertebrate's' section please? :)

If you caught it, I would say to release it, as it apparently isn't adapting well to captivity.

No, I didn't catch it, but I'm pretty sure it was bred from indoors, it was eating all the time before.

I'm sorry to say that the little guy died last night. :( I'm rather upset, cause now I have to tell my roomate her toad is dead. That sucks.

Thank you for the advice!
