In terms of pairing whip spiders after the females molt, what would be a good timeframe, assuming she's full? Do females need to regenerate embryos in between molts or are they able to mate right after they harden?

I’ve mated females ~two weeks post molt just fine assuming they’re already eating well as you said.

^^Agreed , they’re essentially ready to mate as soon as they’ve hardened and eaten
