I bought two of these whip spiders and received them last week marked as a male and a female. They also were identified as Damon variagata, I suspect they are Damon diadema. This is a picture of the female. Can I get some opinions on the species?
They both have settled in well and have eaten and have full bellies.:)

This is Damon medius, not D. diadema. Beautiful animal!
I would say D. diadema has become quite rare in the hobby (but not impossible to get from a few breeders) due to lack of new imports. D. variegatus is almost non-existent in the hobby. I probably know only one or two people who have a true D. variegatus, and they are in Europe.

Thank you, here's a couple more pics I got the other day.
