Amazing pics!

Maybe this is the wrong place to ask this, but sorry, I didnt know which thread forum to go to.
Anyway, some of you take AMAZINGLY detailed close-up photos. I can see textures, colors, all vibrant. I want to take photos like that...what type of camera are you using? How many mega pix? Where can I get one?

If the picture information is correct talkenlate04 is using a Nikon D300 and he is getting amazing close-ups.


For me though I'm using a Fujifilm FinePix S5700 S700 and my pictures are ok. I need to learn how to use the camera better though :wall: and I'm not sure how good it's macro capabilities are.
