Aiden and Asher!!

I left yesterday at 9pm with my boyfriend and his friend to go and pick up my babies and we JUST got home around 3am..it was a LOOOONNNNGGGGG drive!!!

Here they are!!

Aiden (he has the white tuft of hair on his forehead)

Very Cute....how Old are they 4 weeks, maybe 6? They look just like my Rats when i got em!

Apparently these little guys spent the whole night rummaging through their cage. I woke up around 11am and they were both completely passed out. =D

Very cute!!! Baby rats are so adorable. So are they males or females?

Ah yes, the wonder of nocturnal creatures...they can make quite a racket at night. I try to wake mine early in the morning and switch their little internal clocks a bit. Thay are adorable.
Mina, I'm pretty sure I see "goolies" in the pic above with Aiden crawling under the house. Male rats are known for being pretty well endowed, but they can pull their testicles up and fool you.

They are adorable! The one "checking out the condos in the area" is definitely a boy. Well, now that you've taken the plunge (and the very long drive) it's time to tell you the bad side of pet rats. Um.....hang on.....I'll think of it in a minute......uh.......nevermind.

An Update!!

Aiden and Asher are doing great and are settling in well. =D They started coming up to me when they hear me at night after I get home from work, they are starting to use their whole cage now that they've figured out ladders. I even had one licking me today! =D Their so darned cute! They still dont like being held and are kinda hard to catch but they'll get used to it eventually I suppose.

They are soooo cute. I love how they hold food and eat it...cheerios are like giant doughnuts to them! Keep at it with your hands in the cage. Mine willcrawl over and through but still aren't thrilled about being held still. I have heard that as they get older they get a little more cuddly. Like you, I am learning as I go.

They are adorable! Are they dumbo rats? I've been thinking about getting some.

Hehe yeah yeah Joe is the proud "dad" to my boys =D. Their going on their first road trip on Tuesday to visit my other parents so I'm looking forward to seeing how they react to the new people and smells. It will be a short trip but I think its good for them to see other places =D
