African Claw Toed frog Eggs ??

Please Help me !!! African frog spawn

Hi all,
are pair of frogs have been mating & laying over the last 3 days we have a HUGE amount of active/live eggs Can anybody help with care information please?

do they require adisonal air/filtration ? diferent temparatures ? anything i need to do besides remove the adults ?

Ok theres now 3000 eggs!! please, if anyone can help me with care info dont hesitate i cant find anything on google for spawn only adults

They are african claw toed Frogs (albino) the eggs are aproximatly 2 millameters in diamiter and creamy white in color (48 hours old)
