Adult female P. Johnsoni?

Hello, I bought this p. Johnsoni back in August and she only ate once since but her abdomen was a normal size. She’s also been hanging around the bottom of her enclosure and wasn’t super active. She passed away earlier today unfortunately.
When looking up pictures of adult females the pictures showed bright red coloration but her color is more brown. I was hoping to get some confirmation that it was a p. Johnsoni that I bought and that possibly she was already mature when I bought her and that would explain her behavior and dull brown color.

Phiddipus johnsoni do have a pretty wide variation in coloration. She definitely looks big enough to have been mature.
That really sucks that she died so quickly. I would try to contact the breeder to see if you can figure out how old she was.

It was a big jumper. Old age is definitely a cause.

its a long ending list of causes.

definitely looks old.

no egg sacs?
