Problem Adding images on mobile

I have tried resizing images multiple times to no avail. Any time I try to upload an image all of my options are grayed out and I'm not sure what to do to fix it. Obviously I can't upload an image to show what I'm talking about. Help please! I am using the duckduckgo browser app. TIA
