Abnormal roach droppings?

So I just brought home my two Madagascar hissers, and am already worried. Their droppings are clumpy and a sort of clear/orange color? I’m afraid that they may have come from the pet store unwell (I got them from a large chain classified as feeders, so they were not in adequate conditions whatsoever.)

Does anybody know why this is and what I can do to help them?

Thank you! Looks, in my opinion, a bit like a dried up partial prolapse. Could do with someone else’s opinion however.

Could it be oothecae? I don’t keep hissers, but that kind of reminds me of what my discoids sacs look like. Maybe the start or tail end of one. Any babies recently?

No babies, at least there shouldn’t be. Both of mine are female and have presumably only been with each other for a while now. Could it have anything to do with their diet?
