Mine is around the same size, but is kinda dull in color right now ( I'm waiting for her to molt ).

I have a juvie male right now about that size...he is the sweetest thing ever.

When my tiny Avic. geroldi sling first did that I thought it was a threat pose, but after looking at him again I realized that he was just lifting those two feet in a half-hearted sort of way without rearing up in a true threat with palps and everything. Since then I've seen him do it a lot, particularly before he jumps. It's like he's testing the air currents to make sure he can make it.
