I am sitting here in my bedroom with a sushi dinner, a glass of red wine, and my laptop. I have just toasted to a friendship that should span the next twenty years or so.
My little 2" female B. Boehmei, who came into my life in mid Feb., in horrible and dehydrated condition, has now molted and finally eaten for the first time in my care. Tonight I am finally sure that she is going to make it and I am beyond thrilled!
She was 2" when I got her, and she refused all the attempts I made at getting her to eat. By the time she molted her butt was the size of a raisin. But somehow she made the molt, and a week and now, a week and a half later, she FINALLY ate.
I'm sooo happy!
