That is hemolymph/blood.

Did you handle it and drop it?

I've only seen non-traumatic leaking immediately before a molt. When was it's last molt?

Please be more detailed in your titles. Especially if you are looking for help.

This would be better suited for the questions forum not chat.

It’s blood?? 😳
I got her in the mail today and then when I took her out of the box she was in and into her enclosure, I noticed there is a white drop of blood there and it is sticky too. I didn’t do any form of mishandling or injure her as I am very delicate.

How well was she packaged? I would notify the seller immediately just in case she dwindles.

No leaking from the abdomen or carapace right?

If not....
Just make sure she has a nice big water dish. They can remove their legs safely if need be...and regenerate them when they molt again. Don't panic if that happens.

If it is leaking from the abdomen you need to apply cornstarch right away. Their blood can't clot.

Just keep watching her and make sure there are no obstacles or significant height to fall from.

I'm really sorry I just your response I never got a notification.

She isn’t bleeding from the carapace, just one of her legs.

she doesn’t seem injured from that leg though. She’s walking fine on it from what I can see.

so you are saying unless she is injured in her abdomen, she should be fine? I’m so worried now. 😭

Ts have a valve at the base of each leg that closes off in cases of injury...this is why leg injuries are almost always inconsequential...there is no reason to use cornstarch or anything....the t will likely self amputate the limb, which will regrow after subsequent molts.
