A rare find (to me)

I was going to ask what this was but I found out on my own. This is a black and yellow mud dauber Sceliphron caementarium. She was flying around my house and scaring us all because we didn't know whether she was aggressive or not. I'm not too scared of her now because I know she probably won't sting. I'm going to let her go here in a minute.

whew, i could get about 500,000 of those things for ya here in arkansas!! they can be kinda pretty though.

My boyfriend thinks they look like fairies. Especially the iridescent blue ones. XD

I found something like that here but it was all black. That was is beautiful though.
