Monitors have been my obsession for nearly 20 years. I currently keep only three species: V. acanthurus, V. tristis, and V. yuwonoi. I was walking by the cage the other day and figured I'd sneak a shot of one of our V. tristis.

I'd love a green or blue tree monitor but space is an issue. Glad we have YouTube for lizard or snake fixes.

I just got my first baby ackie a few days ago. Anyway, nice looking lizard.
