A Q to Budgett's frog keepers.

So my Budgett's has been in aevistation since June 23. I thought I could get away with waiting until the Fall to put him under, but he was experiencing all the obvious signs so I let go under. Is now a fine time to bring him back up?

I aestivated mine from October to February usually. Keep his enclosure in a cool place, ideally low 60's. Put ice cubes on the top of the soil (assuming the soil depth is over 10 inches as it should usually be) and the cool water will trickle down without over moistening the soil and stimulating a wake-up response.
