Nice pics! The common wisdom that Tokay's can't be tamed is absolutely not true, I've seen it with my own eyes from 2 different breeders. Once tamed they make an excellent pet!!

She's lovely. I hear the females don't bark quite so often. How is yours about it so far?
Edit: Nvm, misread, she isn't yours. Still curious if you heard her bark though. :3

When i lived in Hongkong for some time, they use to sell this downtown skewered and grilled. Not a fun thing to see

Beautiful photography.

When I was in Bali, I used to hear guys bark all the time, very cool.

She didn't bark when she was over, her owner was telling me how much time he's spent with her getting her comfortable with him, and she was real sweet. When he first got her she apparently barked a lot. She had a mate who was also not hand tame at all. I'm not sure they can all be tamed but this one had a particularly great disposition. I haven't had any reptiles of my own in a while, so my friend lets me take photos of his. :) I also got some of his red tail boa and leo, but they were before I got better with my DSLR so they aren't as good as these came out. :)

She's mine! She used to bark when she tried to bite me, not that I cant remember the last time she tried to bite me, much less the last time she barked. I've only had her since October, she was pretty docile when I got her, only took about a month to get her settled in and used to me. Haven't heard a peep out her since.

Lovely gecko. We had one that got lose in a pet store where I worked. There were so many lose crickets and nice warm places for him to go, he thrived. Every night at exactly 9pm he would start barking...it was always fun to watch the customers reactions when they heard him start up!

Yeah the myth that they are evil is just that, a myth. Spread by people who didn't have any experience with them, or had nothing better to talk about.
