I received a mature male Rosie which my wife and 14 yr old daughter just finished mating with one of our female rosea. It is green colored on all the legs. It is very pretty not as bright as a Colbalt Blue but the same type shine. In the light it is more obvious of course. We looked at him in three types of lighting to be sure it was not just a lighting or surrounding issue. I have never seen a Green leg Rosea before! Has anyone else? Or is this is normal and I need to open my eyes better? Tell me please.I dont have a fancy camera to show but I took pics to get devoloped that will hopefuly show it.

When my G.rosea molted a couple months ago she was REALLY green coloured on legs and abdomen with pink-rose carapace.
Now she has returned the "normal" browny-grey color with pink shadow. :p

Thanks Walter I was worried about mix breeding, This one has not molted for a long time. It is realy cool to see the green. Goes to prove that there is more to the G.rosea many realize, the red morph is another example. :)

I currently have three G. rosea's. One of my females molted out like that las year. Any way their color ranges fron the greenish tint to pale gray.

*pouts* My rosea doesn't have any green - and I am by far the best person to appreciate the colour.

Alas...
