Yeah I'd slow down a bit on the feeding. Though A.genics are never full, mine even broke its premolt fast for a snack.

Cool A. genic, but i wouldn't call it a sling anymore. It's a juvenile ;) well, in my opinion anyways....

still a sling in my book, about the size of a quarter. eh anyhow. she's cool, now if the l.para would catch up i wont be able to keep food in the house. not to mention the GBB... thats what is cool about T's if you cant get food for a month or 4 they'll be okay. :D (im joking about the 4)

It is not possible to feed a geniculata to much food, in their own opinion anyway! She is adorable!!! My Max is bigger then your little beauty, 2 1/2 inches, but believe me they eat!! Max gets 5 to 6 large crickets a week. Please don't yell at me, it is not my fault. My husband insists that if he does not have as much as that he is being starved to death. I think he would be fine with half that. Your little one would probably have gleefully taken another worm if you had offered. Just watch the worms, very high in fat.

I love hungry T's. :)

I have 2 of them and they are pigs. The more you throw in there tanks the more they eat.Too me it is best too keep them on 2 to 5 crikets a week becuase if you give them anymore lets just say a small mouse or something they will get very large and run risk of falling and dieing from the fall.

Just my 2 cents.

Hairy Legs!!

My A. genic (4"+)eats as much as i feed him! What amazes me is he never leaves anything! Not a bolus in sight! Last week i gave him a small pinkie which was devoured instantly (well in about 5 hours) leaving not a trace . I don't think he even put it down for a second.

I have two 5inch genics. They eat like mad. I would say power feed the hell out of it until it gets a decent size, then you can cut back. Most people disagree completely with power feeding because of climbing and falling and they think it shortens lifespans. Give it the desired conditions/surroundings and it will sit pretty in it's burrow and never move.

Not pigs! SPIDER! Lol! :D I'm silly!

A fed spider is a happy spider, and judging by the size of the big boy, it's happier then I've ever been!;)
