Cool T! I was going to buy a few of them, but, after Harrypei having such a great deal on Avics. i had to change my plans for now. i love the look of the thai tigers, they look like they could be nasty! Good luck.

haplos are easily my favorite genus. gorgeous T's with killer attitudes.

hard to say from the pics but if you can see a patch of hairs on the back of leg IV
then i think u may have Haplopelma longipes here!
this is what you want to look for ;]


and heres a female in pre-molt

thanks for the tips

I have a similar t, and will be encouraging it to emerge from it's burrow so I can look at legs IV. lol. Really beautiful T, hard to do justice w/ photos. Oh yeah, plenty of attitude, but serious pet hole. Has almost 14" of burrow, but at least it's against the glass so I can usually see it.

I'm a Hap fan and I too think it's a longipes. "Vietnam" sp are way darker and the chevrons are hard to see. Still a gorgeous T and you can't go wrong with a Hap. {D
