It lives in Guangxi in China.
The Chinese name call:金钱活门蛛

I love when people steal photos and try to claim them as their own...Especially when they fail to ID them correctly...

It's a turret rump trapdoor spider very primitive species.
(Cyclocosmia ricketti "Guangxi Turret Rump Trapdoor Spider").

While it is wrong to use photos without giving credit, this guy never said that he took the photo.

He found the photo on the internet, thought that the spider was beautiful and wanted to discuss it.

He cropped and put his watermark on the photo...That is claiming ownership.

Original can be found here: http://www.zoocon.com/Herps/Inverts/

It was recently clarified as being correctly ID'd as C. latusicosta, not C. ricketti.

Huh, I hadn't noticed the watermark. Yeah that's not appropriate.

Very sorry! I downloaded from the Web site down when there is no watermark, I would like to thank you for reminding me, I will correct this error.

i was explaining to them that you were not trying to steal the photo.
