7 days; enough to get hard enough?

My T.Blondie molted last friday (7 day ago). Do you think I can safely feed her/him now? The fangs are red/black but there are some "white" spots mainly on joints......

That depends on the size of the spider. Small T's generally resume feeding alot quicker than larger ones.

The old exosceleton is about 4 inches...from front right foot to back right...

It is probably safe to try it. If it seems bothered by the prey items remove them and try again in a couple of days.

I would say it's safe enough to try, but i kind of doubt you'll see a quick feeding responce.

her fangs are hard enough to ward off any pesky crickets that would bother her.

Throw in a dead pinkie. They will fatten your T up nicely after the molt, is very soft so it will be ideal for any fangs that arnt quite hard enough, and it is dead so it cant fight back and the tarantula is more than capable of finding dead prey so it can eat when it wants to.
I use pinkies for all of my tarantulas for their first post molt feed.

I threw a crick last night in there....it fell behind Kali (the T'). She/He turned rerally fast to catch it but =D ended in thw water dish!!=D =D =D I checked back in the morning and the cr. waas still there so it took it out...I'll try again tomorrow...

It is a bit tricky to get a pinky now (I have to cross the city)..maybe next time.....thanks on the tip...
