hey everybody its been awhile since ive been on, im surprised i remember my password. anyway i just got 3 new seeds which im not sure about the scientific name so if you grow these i would appreciate you telling me. anyway i got a Velvet queen sunflower seed which grows up to 5 feet and is a deep red color.
i got a russian giant seed which is said to get up to 10 feet tall and grows 2 inches a day when it sprouts. and then i got a moonwalker seed which are said to get up to about 5-6 feet tall. the person at the nursery said they were easy to grow so feel free to give me any tips or anything really. ive always wanted a sunflower so this is my first time growing them. awhile back i got 3 carnivorous plants which are still growing strong.

I dont really have any setups, the carnivorous ones love sun and its a common myth that the venus fly traps are tropical.
in fact my yellow trumpet pitcher plant is native to south carolina.
my sarracenia purpurea is native to southern canada and my venus fly trap comes from north carolina. once i get more experience i might get some woolly sundews which do require a terrarium, they are a little harder to care for.
but i guess you could call a pot a terrarium, ill try to get some pics soon when they start growing again, they are dormant right now but will soon be growing again.
