Hi everyone!
I have an Exo-Terra terrarium (45cm x 45cm x 60cm) or (18in x 18in x 24in). I have not used it for a few years but now is the time.
My goal is to create a tropical terrariums for epiphytic plants and also introduce some invertebrates like isopods, springtails and maybe millipedes to decompose the organic matter.
Here are the steps I did already.
1. I glued cork panels on three of the walls.
2. I removed the screen from my Exo-Terra lid and cut two pieces of glasses to increase humidity.
3. I glued three branches together with great stuff yellow insulating foam.
4. I tried to glue cork fibers on the yellow great stuff to make the yellow color dissapear.
So here I am now. I still need to glue cork bark to increase texture and add a more natural look. I also need to find some way to paint or cover the yellow great stuff (ANY IDEA?).
