I've often seen numbers in front of T names..ie: 0.0.1.....1.1.0.... etc..what does it mean?...peace...

It's a system for denoting the gender of an animal. The first digit is the number of unsexed individuals a person has, the second is the number of males and the third is the number of females. Thus, if I had a group of seven Hysterocrates gigas including a sexed adult pair and some small spiderlings, the notation would be 5.1.1.

That sounds like the numerical denomination for Tarantulas in the Matrix to me.

I believe the correct use of this is: male.female[.unidentified]

At least that how it is used in the world of herps.

I use it a bit differently but I do start on the top of the list with

F,M,?
2.0.12 means on my list I've got 2 females 0 males and 12 that are too young

I think its definately binary code =) thats how you program your computerized tarantulas!

but only when its 0's and 1's

Ah, thanks for the correction, Jeff.

That neatly explains why all these females I've recieved are an inch long and super cheap! ;)

You're all wrong. The numbers represent the different types of tarantulas in the matrix (yes, the matrix is all around us.) For example, 0.0.1 means a blue cobalt and 0.1.0 means a parahybana.
