Patrick ensured that I was able to acquire something I've been after for over a year. Not only that, but he made sure that I had a high quality specimen that I was happy with.
That is outstanding customer service and a rare commodity in this industry. I may not shop for inverts often, but it's good to know that when I do there's vendors like him available.

Thanks to Patrick I've been able to acquire my dream inverts! Excellent communication throughout, kept me informed through the entire process and followed up to make sure everything arrived safe and healthy. He made it a true virtual shopping experience and it was the closest thing next to me being physically there and picking out the specimens myself. Ordered 3 slings. Pat stayed in communication and followed up to ensure safe arrival, and remained in communication to ensure the health of all animals. Even provided a week guarantee on one of the specimens, and followed up to make sure everything was OK. I consider that going above and beyond, as he didn't really have to do that but it shows that he genuinely cares about the health of the animals and the satisfaction of his customers. I'll not hesitate to do business with him again in the future.

Even over Christmas break and a suicide bomber taking out Nashville's mobile network and internet for 2 days, he was still able to easily and quickly communicate with when the services booted back online. I contacted Patrick in late July about some 1.0 S. galapagoensis he had for sale. Not only did he get back to me in a timely fashion, but he was also kind enough to give me a $25 discount on one of his smaller specimens. All of my other questions were answered in a polite, and timely manner. When I received the specimen, he was healthy, and in perfect condition. I can’t thank Patrick enough for his services, and I’m looking forward to buying from him again in the future....

Purchased 10 lot T. Apophysis. They arrived in great shape and were bigger than described. Packaging was perfect. No complaints.

Pat is great to work with! Such lovely centipedes, and reasonable prices too. Definitely buy from Pat if you're looking for cool inverts not very common in the hobby!

We talked and facebook and i ended up ordering a few species he had available for wholesale 20 × m. Balfouri and 20 × e. olivacea and those are not to easy to get i definitely loved that . Everything was great had a few m. balfouri that were doa not due to him just one of those things that happen when shipping inverts but he handled it very professional and even paid for overnight shipping and replaced the ts and i couldn't ask for better. Will definitely purchase again from him .
