Purchased a small group of juvinile and adult tarantulas of various species. I contacted her, we set up a ship date, and received my tarantulas today. No issues with any of them and she packaged them very well. Would purchase from mellow again. Thankyou for the great T's,

I bought a female G pulchripes and am very impressed with the service and communication. The T was well packaged and arrived with no problem.

Purchased a G. Pulchripes 3" and C. Cyaneopubescens 1.5" from Mello. The communication was good and both arrived healthy. They ended up leaving my care to a family member as a gift. I'll definitely look Mello up if I'm looking for a couple of T's for myself in the future.

Mello is great. She was willing to hold the A. versicolor female I wanted when I had a sale fall through. I sent payment as soon as I could. There was a mix-up at the shipping facility. The package went out for delivery when it should have been held for pickup. The package was warm and the tarantula very active when I opened the box. Because of the mix-up Mello refunded my shipping which I hadn't asked for and is willing to go as far as is required to make the transaction right from beginning to end. Thanks!

Wonderful just isn't enough! There's truly not enough I can say about dealing with mello! Ordered a B. Boehmei pair and an N. Chromatus from mello, she included a free N. Chromatus at the same size as the one ordered. If that weren't enough she included a personalized note with her best wishes for my T's and I.
